These general conditions regulate the purchase of products by Users through www.allblackwines.com from CASAS DE LO ALTO SL (ALLBLACK WINES), with registered office at C/ Colón, 28 – 13,700 Tomelloso (Ciudad Real) and CIF B-13499645, hereinafter ALLBLACK WINES.
2. Acceptance of the General Conditions
When buying any of our products offered on this website, the buyer expressly states that he has read, understood and accepts without reservation the general conditions of the contract, as well as the particular conditions that may be established. All general conditions will be permanently available to Users prior to contracting and may be stored and reproduced and printed in the version in force at any time. These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity, ALLBLACK WINES reserving the right to modify them unilaterally, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification. For this reason, it is convenient that each time the website is accessed, the current conditions are checked at all times. The contract will not be archived and will be written in Spanish.
3. Where do we serve?
ALLBLACK WINES only sends its products to Peninsular Spain, so it will not be possible to place an order to a destination other than those indicated. We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, Canaria, Ceuta and Melilla.
4. Who Can Hire
Our products are not sold, supplied or delivered to persons under the age of 18.
It is expressly warned that the purchase is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age.
In order to purchase any of the products offered on our website, the purchaser declares and guarantees that they and, where appropriate, the person to whom the products are to be delivered reside in a country where we serve our products and are not under 18 years.
In the event that a legal entity is contracted, the person acting on its behalf declares under its responsibility that it has valid powers to do so, ALLBLACK WINES reserving the right to verify this point.
5. Communication with the Client

6. Order Confirmation
When we receive your order, we will proceed to confirm it by email at the address you have provided us with, within 24 hours, sending you an acknowledgment of receipt that will indicate the order number and contain the general conditions and, where appropriate, the specific conditions of the contract.
7. Availability of Products
In the event that a product is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible through the data you have provided so that you can replace it with another or cancel the purchase at your option.
8. Delivery of Orders and Shipping Costs
Orders will be delivered to the address that you have indicated, located within the geographical scope of the territory where we serve our products.
ALLBLACK WINES will adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made within the agreed time, although it does not assume any responsibility if this cannot be done as a result of the data provided being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery is not may be carried out for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, or due to the absence of the recipient. In such cases, the contract will be understood to be terminated and we will be able to claim the transport and shipping costs derived from the failed delivery of the order due to causes beyond our control.

9. Means of Payment and Billing

10. Right of Withdrawal

2. Exercise and consequences of the right of withdrawal.

2.4. You are informed that you will bear the direct costs of returning the products.

11. Guarantees and Refund in Case of Non-Conformity
The buyer must check the quantity and quality of the products purchased as soon as they are received, and must notify us and describe without undue delay any lack of conformity of the product.
